What is your care guide?
Some do's:
- Always read the care label and washing instructions before washing your clothes.
- Arrange your laundry into groups with similar wash care instructions and organise into whites, darks and colours.
- The care label washing temperature is the highest permitted temperature. But if you are unsure, always wash at a lower temperature rather than higher.
- Rinse swimwear immediately after use and do not wring.
- Turn garment inside out before washing.
Some don't's:
- Avoid using too much detergent.
- Do not use fabric detergents which contain bleach.
- Do not tumble dry garments unless indicated on the care label.
- Do not iron prints, trims or embellishments.
- Do not leave garments with white and contrast coloured panels soaking for prolonged periods.
- Garments with metal trims should not be left to soak.

Delivery Information
- All product(s) ordered must be tagged with label ' Free Delivery'.
- Offer applies to Standard Delivery only (Express Delivery excluded).

"The majority of deliveries are made by post with an estimated delivery time between three to six business days. Occasionally we may use an alternate courier company based on the location and order size. Our couriers deliver weekdays only.
For all eligible parcels, authority to leave (ATL) is selected by default, so you don’t need to be home to accept your parcel. The courier will not require a signature for delivery & will leave the parcel in a safe place if no one is home.
Yes, we do offer express shipping, however it is only available in certain areas for certain orders. Your order eligibility will be confirmed at checkout.
- We will endeavour to meet stated timeframes for delivery, however during busy periods, our shipping service providers may suffer delays beyond our control.
- Timeframes only apply to business days.
Value Athletic only Ships to UK & Ireland
If you have ordered multiple items, it may be necessary to source and supply the items from various locations. If this is the case, your order may arrive in multiple parcels at different times by more than one courier company. No additional shipping costs will be charged.
Tracking my Order
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email or SMS from us containing your tracking information.
Once you have your courier consignment number, you can track your parcel by using the online tracking service.
Please allow a minimum of 12 hours after receipt of your order tracking email or SMS, before tracking your order using the courier consignment number.
Where Is My Order?
- Incorrect delivery address.
- Public holidays.
- Extreme weather events.
- Incorrect credit card information – double-check all order details. You will only be charged once your details have been validated by our payment gateway.
- Personal details may need to be confirmed for fraud prevention if we are unable to verify the shipping destination. Sometimes we will require personal detail verification before dispatching orders to protect the card holder, and this may delay shipping
Bulky Products
Delivery Information
Bulky items are typically any item over 17kg in weight, or with a large cubic volume. These item(s) will be marked as a bulky item. Items such as treadmill, exercise bikes, elliptical, rowing machine, pilates reformer, home gym, racks, benches, trampoline, table tennis, basketball system; etc.
At checkout either in-store or online, you will be notified of shipping costs for your approval, these are calculated automatically by the site in accordance with our carrier partners' freight charges. Bulky items are those with either a high weight or large cubic volume. Products are allocated as bulky as determined by the shipping methods of our carrier partners. If your cart contains bulky items and non-bulky items your cart will be calculated accordingly.
Some islands of Australia and remote areas may be exempt from bulky item deliveries. We will notify you if we are unable to deliver such items due to delivery restrictions.
At Value Athletic, we have a nation-wide network which means we source your product from the nearest available location that is closest to you.
We access trusted delivery partners to get the product to you. Dependant on your nominated delivery address, the bulky item will be shipped by one or a combination of our multi-carriers:
- Winning Services
- Install Ezi
- Shippit
- TNT
- Team Global Express (TGE)
- Smart Routing Bulky (SRB)
Your product will be delivered to a safe and easy to access location at your nominated delivery address.
For health & safety reasons in the majority of cases this will exclude delivery of the item inside the home or up flights of stairs: unless your product is delivered as a Coordinated Delivery, a service Value Athletic offers customers for selected bulky items purchased and delivered by Winning Services and Install Ezi. Please have adequate assistance available to you following receipt of your delivery.
Tracking my order
Within 24-48 hrs from your in-store or online purchase you will receive a Value Athletic email with subject line "your Value Athletic sports order is being shipped". This signals a carrier has been allocated to your delivery.
From this email you can view the carrier allocated and the associated tracking number to view online at Value Athletic.
Please allow a minimum of 12 hours after receipt of your order tracking email before tracking your order using the courier consignment number.
Each carrier has a preferred way of communicating updates about your delivery.
Shippit carriers provides an ability to track your order at different stages of delivery. For example, ‘awaiting carrier pick up’ to ‘your package is on the way’ and ‘your package is out for delivery’. You will receive a final message stating your package has been delivered.
Winning Services and Install Ezi communicate via a combination of emails and / or SMS messaging at various stages leading up to your delivery.
In some cases, you may receive multiple carrier communication if you purchased an Installation Service, and your nominated address is in a certain postcode. As an example, we may arrange delivery via a Shippit carrier and then arrange Install Ezi to provide the installation service for your purchased item. In some cases, these two services could happen on different days. We will notify you if we provide two services to your postcode when we arrange delivery details.
